I'm taking part in one of the biggest challenges there is... a Spartan Race!

I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's close to my heart and worthy of this effort, The Shadow Warriors Project.

My good friend, Mark "Oz" Geist is the owner of the Shadow Warriors Project (SWP). SWP exists to honor those who are contracted to serve their country silently behind enemy lines and through their heroic and courageous acts have fallen or been injured and in all things bring glory to the Lord.

SWP strives to create a better everyday life for as many American contractors and their families as possible. Their organization began when founder, Mark Geist, returned home from a mentally and physically damaging operation. The Shadow Warriors Project seeks to become the support system that Mark never had during his own battle for recovery.
