Friends,
I'm taking part in one of the biggest challenges there is... a Spartan Race!
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's close to my heart and worthy of this effort.
SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education)
A member of our Spartan team has recently had to endure the tragedy of the loss of a child. If you know of someone maybe yourself , family member, friend, associate or colleague who has ever had to suffer this type of heartache or maybe you just have the heart to make a difference. .

SAVE is a national nonprofit dedicated to ending the tragedy of suicide through education, training, support, and advocacy. We fulfill our mission by:
- Equipping individuals, including friends, family, coworkers, and educators, with the knowledge to identify warning signs and refer those at risk to the support they need;
- Providing empathetic assistance and valuable resources to navigate through the devastating loss of a loved one to suicide;
