Friends,
I'm taking part in a big challenging race... a Spartan Trifecta Weekend! This will include a 5K, 10K, and 21K all in 2 days!
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause close to my heart and worthy of this effort. The women in our lives who have been impacted by breast cancer are RESILIENT!! When breast cancer comes they fight like hell and get back up. So I will be testing my limits with this race to be resilient like those with breast cancer that we know and love.
