Friends and Family,

In June, we'll be challenging ourselves with a 10K Spartan obstacle course race in Monterey, CA- a group of us as teammates from F3 — a free men's workout group that's been a game changer for us. One challenge we're tackling goes beyond the physical — we're racing for a cause greater than ourselves. Our team, 'Ruck Cancer,' is inspired by our tradition of rucking, which means hiking with a weighted pack every Friday morning.

We’re raising money for Bay Area Cancer Connections (BACC) in San Mateo, CA. BACC has been a lifeline, offering emotional support, wigs, and a whole lot more, absolutely free of charge, to women and their families navigating breast and ovarian cancer. Our teammate Rak (aka Windy) shared how BACC was there for his family when his wife courageously battled breast cancer over the past six months. Witnessing the support they received and the difference it made, we were excited when he asked if we would support him in raising money for this cause.

So, we're dedicating our Spartan race to support BACC, allowing them to continue their vital work with other women facing breast and ovarian cancer.
