Friends,
As many of you know Jason't passion in life was fitness and helping people be the best version of themselves. He loved to push people to their limits and make them believe in themselves, as much as he believed in them.
One of Jays long time clients Lou came up with a great way to honor Jay and do this Spartan as a team in his honor. We will be mentally and physically pushing ourselves to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's close to Jason and my heart.

The Herren Project
Herren Project is a national nonprofit organization providing free resources and support for the treatment, recovery and prevention of substance use disorder. Treatment and recovery services include treatment placement assistance, long-term recovery support for individuals and families, online support groups, as well as scholarships for treatment programs, recovery housing and recovery coaching.
