Story
Hi Friends,
I will be participating in an upcoming Spartan Race in December to challenge myself both mentally and physically, and more importantly to support a cause that is very important to me.
I have always believed in the importance of constantly pushing yourself to be the best version of yourself. Whether it be in your health, fitness, relationships, finances, etc. we always have room to improve.
My health/fitness is specifically something I have spent so much of my time and energy focused on over the last couple of years. Being in good health is obviously great, but truly my favorite part about it is the people in your life who take notice and want to do the same for themselves. When you see people in your life doing great things, that energy can be contagious, and it makes you want to be a part of it.
It is long overdue that I apply this energy into helping support a cause that is extremely important to me. I have chosen to support the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation.
Osteogenesis Imperfecta (often called "brittle bone disease") is a rare genetic bone disease that causes bones in those affected to break more easily. The Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for people affected by OI through research to find treatments and a cure, education, awareness, and mutual support.
Any amount you can provide is greatly appreciated. 100% of the money donated here will go directly to the foundation.
If together we can contribute to improving even one child's life affected by this disease, then it is worth it 100x over.
