Story
Friends and family,
I'm taking part in an upcoming Spartan Race because I want to bond with Jon and Emma (who are also competing) and take on a physical challenge.
Alongside this physical effort, I am going to push us all to donate to the American Red Cross. I picked this organization because they are performing life-saving work in Israel and Gaza -- and that conflict has been extremely heart-breaking for me.
