Friends,
I'm taking part in one of the biggest challenges there is... a Spartan Race!
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's close to my heart and worthy of this effort; To help save abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs from high-kill shelters in Central Arkansas and beyond!
Since LHK9’s (Last Hope K9 Rescue) establishment in March of 2012, they have saved the lives of over 12,000 dogs and they could not do this work without volunteers, donors, adopters, and partners. BE ONE OF THEM!
