Story
Dear Family and Friends,
I'm taking part in one of the biggest challenges there is... a Spartan Race at Citi Field on November 19, 2022.
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's close to my heart and worthy of this effort.
Millions of people are affected by mental illness each year. Across the country, many people just like you work, perform, create, compete, laugh, love and inspire every day. And yet they struggle daily with mental illness. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) envisions a world where all people affected by mental illness live healthy, fulfilling lives supported by a community that cares. There's a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, but one thing remains clear: people need access to mental health care and support. And NAMI is here to ensure that no one is alone on their mental health journey.
