Friends,
I'm taking part in one of the biggest challenges there is for me... a Spartan Race!
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's worthy of this effort and in recognition of my dear friend, Ed Rapp, who has ALS. Ed is one of the most inspirational people I have ever met and I’m blessed to call him my friend. I’m running the Spartan Super (10k & 27 obstacles) because he can’t.
